Thoughtfully curated with a nod to nostalgia, set against a photogentic backdrop of spacious, light and airy living areas, high wood panelled ceilings, shuttered windows and pretty, wrap around gardens with numerous sunbathing and seating areas - providing both shade and sun.
Fully modernised with high quality fittings throughout, and contemporary additions inc. a 1.4m deep swimming pool, quirky watering can outside shower, vegetable garden, large private fully equiped BBQ roof terrace area and secure, electric gated parking for several cars.
With 2 feet thick rustic stone walls and air conditioning in all the bedrooms, even in the height of summer you can be sure of a cool interior and good night's sleep.

Across the hall to the left is the triple aspect BOOK ROOM (BED 3) with twin single beds, twin desk/table areas, air con and a smaller en suite showerroom with feature 'throne' toilet.
Beyond this is a spacious well appointed kitchen with a dining area for 8. Enjoy your meals whilst listening to the quality blue tooth stereo and record player. You'll find a bean to cup coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, full size dishwasher, large butlers sink with flexi mixer tap, seperate drinking water tap, juicers, blenders ... and enough glasses, crockery and cutlery ensuring you never run out.
Leading from the kitchen is a utility room housing a sink, washing machine, dryer and large fridgefreezer.
There are 4 seperate parking/pool/garden access points inc. bi-fold glass patio doors leading from the kitchen area.
Upstairs you will find a spacious but homely living area with 4 large windows, 2 x large sofas, large smart TV, drinks fridge, tea/coffee fascilties, games chest and over 250 DVDs. A Juliette Balcony - perfect for morning coffee - leads through to the dual aspect BALCONY ROOM (BED 2) with king bed and aircon, with a seperate shower room with large shower, his/her dual sinks and shaving mirror.
There is access to a 70msq roof terrace with sofa seating and sperate dining for 8 - serviced by a well supplied summer kitchen inc. sink, large built-in BBQ, small oven, fridge and enough glasses, plates, cutlery and other utensils to be totally self sufficient. Additional access to this terrace is via an external spiral staircase leading from the rear of the main kitchen below. Perfect for daytime relaxation, secluded sunbathing and yogo (mats, small weights and strength bands provided), followed by sunset cocktails, stargazing and al fresco dining, surrounded by fairylights and olive grove come darkness.
We go out of our way to provide all basic amenities, enabling you to make the most of the every decreasing airline luggage allowances. We take pride in being one of the few villas with a seperate filtered drinking water tap, saving you both shopping time, effort and money - let alone the environmental benefits. Whenever possible, we are happy to gift guests our home grown produce, in addition to the welcome pack of basic supplies, drinks and ice you will find upon arrival.
Please note, we live in an attached, but seperate, self contained studio annex with private entrance to provide ongoing information if required and service the pool/garden areas. We meet and great all our guests personally with drinks and nibbles to show them around and answer any questions they may have about the villa or Zakynthos (Zante) in general. We have a wealth of knowledge to share and can point you towards lesser known beaches, authentic tavernas, adult and child friendly activities, stunning view points, traditional villages, cultural gems etc. Guests rarely see us unless they seek us out. However, if guests prefer for the hosts to vacate for the duration of their stay, this can happily be arranged upon request.
