Our oceanfront in Pelican Key/Simpson Bay, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa is a short walk to great shops, restaurants, casinos, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife on the Dutch side of the island. This spacious 2200 sq. ft home with a 450 sq. ft private deck overlooking the ocean was completely renovated in 2022. Everything is new from the flooring to the furniture, appliances, and decor. Enjoy pool access, parking, and an unobstructed ocean view. Enjoy a full, modern kitchen, dining room, and living room with a sleeper sofa/couch and multiple A/C units. Prices vary depending on season.

Summary: I have stayed in many vacation rentals, but this place is the best I have ever stayed in. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything that you could possibly need. The view from the patio is absolutely stunning. We sat out there every morning and evening listening to the waves. The pool is a short distance from the house and we were the only ones there when we came back from the beach. The location is perfect and central to almost anywhere you want to go on the island. Communication was great and made our vacation stress free. I would recommend Michelle and Luis' place to anyone and hope to return again next year!
