The two newly built villas, Domus Mare I and II, form a small complex in a striking seaside location, directly facing the Libyan Sea and offering access to a secluded cove below. The sound of waves along the shore sets a relaxed atmosphere, complemented by a landscaped garden with native plants and a beach-style swimming pool.
Domus Mare I covers 140 m2 across two levels and comfortably accommodates four guests, with the option for a fifth if required. The villa features a hot tub and thoughtfully arranged living spaces that emphasise comfort and simplicity. Large glass doors bring in abundant natural light and connect the interior seamlessly with the outdoor areas.
Ground Floor - Main entrance opens into a split-level, open-plan space combining the living area, kitchen, and indoor dining area.
