Restored 1929 house with contemporary touches and great comfort. 4 bedrooms and 1 living room with mezzanine where we have 6 double beds (3 king size) and 8 single beds. 5 bathrooms with great gas and pressure showers. We serve a good breakfast every day as well as daily housekeeping and cleaning. Full kitchen is equipped. Air conditioning in the rooms. Garage for 2 cars. Nice home for groups of friends and family. We stayed in a quiet, green street near Sumaré subway station. Be welcome!
