Positive: Aya and all the staff were very kind and helpful! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The Egyptian breakfast is delicious and we loved the decor throughout the building. We loved the cat and kittens outside by the pool too :)

Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the lack of a strong cup of coffee - I'd be happy to pay for that in the morning :)
