Travel Purpose: business

Positive: • The house is absolutely **perfect**, and the hosts are exceptionally kind. It’s rare to find a place where everything is both fully functional and aesthetically pleasing. The property includes many thoughtful amenities you don’t usually get in other rentals - dish soap, dishwasher pods, welcome drinks, candles, and more. • The house is brand new, and everything inside feels wonderful. There is secure parking behind a gate, so your vehicle stays protected. The internet is fast 5G, which is a rare and very welcome upgrade compared to most Greek rentals. • The sea and beach are just a 3 minute walk away, and you can even hear the waves from inside the house. The outdoor area features a lovely patio and a barbecue space available for use. • Major city Volos is about a 25 minute drive from the property We absolutely loved our stay!

Negative: Some minor nitpicks: •The beds could be a bit more comfortable, and there were no slim pillows. This may be a personal preference, but having them would be very nice. • The neighbors are very close, and they can be quite chatty, spending much of the day on their terrace just a few meters away. • The TV is very small, it feels very much out of the place for a fantastic house like this. • Although the beach is only a 3-minute walk away, it’s not particularly nice. You need to drive 15-30 minutes to reach better beaches. The best one we found in the area is Paralia Amaliapolis - highly recommended. • The only reason I’m giving this property a 9 instead of a 10 is the location. The house is in Dimitriada, a small settlement with nothing around except a cluster of residential homes. You have to drive for everything - shopping, sightseeing, or any activity. It’s perfect, however, for anyone seeking a secluded, isolated setting.
